New Power AIが提供するTriArrows（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報と、その送信先をお知らせします。本アプリにアカウント登録はなく、氏名やメールアドレスの入力を求めません。お問い合わせでお送りいただくメールアドレスと内容は、回答と対応のために扱います。

外部に送信する情報

広告（Google AdMob・同意管理プラットフォーム）

送信先：Google LLC。広告ID、App Set ID、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われます）、端末とアプリの情報、広告の表示・タップ、診断情報。目的：広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止。地域によっては同意フォームで選べます。

広告非表示またはプレミアムパックを購入すると、バナーと自動の全画面広告が非表示になります。任意のリワード広告は引き続き利用でき、その読み込み・配信のために上記の情報がGoogleへ送信されることがあります。

Google Play ゲームサービス

送信先：Google LLC。Play Gamesのプレイヤー情報、実績、リーダーボードのスコア（Play Gamesの公開設定に従ってほかのプレイヤーに表示されます）、あなたがクラウドに保存した進行状況。目的：実績、ランキング、バックアップと復元。クラウド保存は、利用者が選んで行う手動バックアップです。

Google Play の購入・アプリ内レビュー

購入はGoogle Playが処理します。本アプリが受け取るのは購入した商品と注文の情報だけで、お支払い方法は受け取りません。購入の確認は端末内で行います。レビューの画面はGoogle Playが表示します。レビューしたかどうかは本アプリに届きません。

端末に保存する情報

写真：フォトパズルに選んだ画像は端末内で盤面に変換し、送信しません。画像から作った盤面とサムネイルはAndroidのバックアップの対象外です。
進行状況・ポイント・設定：端末に保存します。Androidのバックアップが有効な場合、お使いのGoogleアカウントにバックアップされることがあります。
通知：毎日のお知らせは端末内で予約します。
共有：共有を選んだときだけ、選んだアプリに画像を渡します。

保存期間と削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。クラウドに保存したデータはGoogle Play Gamesの設定から削除できます。広告IDは端末の設定からリセット・削除できます。お問い合わせの情報は対応に必要な期間保管し、不要になったものは削除します。

お子さまについて

本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。

Privacy Policy

This explains how TriArrows, provided by New Power AI, handles information. The app has no account sign-up and does not ask you to enter your name or email address. If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond and handle your inquiry.

Ads: Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform

Sent to Google LLC: the advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate region), device and app information, ad views and taps, and diagnostics. Used to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In some regions you can choose in a consent form.

Remove Ads or Premium Pack hides banners and automatic full-screen ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available; loading and serving them may still send the information listed above to Google.

Google Play Games services

Sent to Google LLC: your Play Games player profile, achievements, leaderboard scores (shown to other players as your Play Games settings allow), and progress you back up to the cloud. Used for achievements, leaderboards and backup. Cloud backups are made manually when you choose to save.

Google Play purchases and in-app reviews

Google Play handles purchases. The app receives only the product and order details, never your payment method, and checks purchases on the device. Google Play shows the review sheet. The app never learns whether you left a review.

Information saved on your device

Photos: images you pick for Photo Puzzles are turned into boards on the device and never sent. Boards and thumbnails made from them are left out of Android backup.
Progress, points and settings are saved on the device. If Android backup is on, they may be backed up to your Google account.
Notifications: daily reminders are scheduled on the device.
Sharing: an image goes to the app you choose only when you share.

Keeping and deleting data

Uninstalling the app deletes the data on the device. You can delete cloud backups in your Google Play Games settings, and reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then deleted when no longer needed.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
